Can I grow indoors without sunlight?

Yes. Use Manerdun grow light (12 hours/day) to meet plants’ photosynthesis needs.

Small seeds like lettuce, arugula, coriander germinate fast and work best.

Place seeds in grow sponges, keep sponges moist, put in a warm and dark place. Move to system and start nutrient circulation after germination.

Adjust pH to 5.5-6.5 with pH adjuster. EC value: 0.8-1.2 for seedling, 1.2-2.0 for mature plants, adjust with EC adjuster or dilute nutrient solution.

Hydroponics submerges roots in solution; aeroponics sprays atomized solution on roots. Aeroponics provides more oxygen for faster growth.
